Dashboards (User Guide)
The home dashboard and the five role dashboards, and how to read each overview.
The home screen and the five role-specific dashboards. Each is a read-only overview built from stat cards, charts, tables, and activity feeds.
The home dashboard
What it is: the landing screen you see after signing in — a general overview with key stats, charts, recent activity, and quick links.
Where to find it: Dashboard → Dashboard → CRM, or click the brand logo. Route: /.
How to use it
- Scan the stat cards at the top for the headline numbers; several count up when the page loads.
- Read the charts and tables below for trends and recent records.
- Use any card links or actions to jump to the related area.
The home screen changes with your skin
With most skins you get the standard CRM overview. Switch to the Bento Studio skin and the home becomes a warm bento-grid layout; switch to the Console skin and it becomes a terminal-style dashboard. Change skins from the palette icon in the header (see Appearance & Layouts).
Analytics dashboard
What it is: a traffic-and-engagement overview — visitors, sessions, sources, and conversion trends.
Where to find it: Dashboard → Dashboard → Analytics. Route: /dashboards/analytics.
How to use it: review the metric tiles and time-series charts to see how traffic and engagement are trending. Charts adopt your current theme and skin colours automatically.
eCommerce dashboard
What it is: a storefront overview — revenue, orders, top products, and customer activity.
Where to find it: Dashboard → Dashboard → eCommerce. Route: /dashboards/ecommerce.
How to use it: check sales and order KPIs, then read the product and order breakdowns below to spot best-sellers and recent activity.
Project dashboard
What it is: a delivery overview — task progress, team workload, milestones, and timelines.
Where to find it: Dashboard → Dashboard → Project. Route: /dashboards/projects.
How to use it: track progress bars and status widgets to see where projects stand and what's due. For hands-on task management, use the Scrumboard app.
Finance dashboard
What it is: a money overview — balances, cash flow, expenses, and financial trends.
Where to find it: Dashboard → Dashboard → Finance. Route: /dashboards/finance.
How to use it: read the balance and cash-flow cards and the trend charts for a quick financial health check.
Marketing dashboard
What it is: a campaign overview — reach, spend, channel performance, and campaign results.
Where to find it: Dashboard → Dashboard → Marketing. Route: /dashboards/marketing.
How to use it: compare channels and campaigns using the performance tiles and charts.
Tips
- Dashboards are overview screens — they visualize data rather than edit it. Use the Apps and Settings areas to make changes.
- All charts re-colour instantly when you switch theme or skin.
- The numbers shown are sample data for the template. When your team connects a live API, the same layouts fill with real figures.
